Breakfast with the Commissioner event benefits Farm Life Museum
Jan 3, 2008—The third annual “Breakfast with the Commissioner” fund-raising event for the Tobacco Farm Life Museum in Kenly, North Carolina will be held Friday, February 1 at 8 a.m. at the Holshouser Building of the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh.
The event will feature a hearty old-fashioned breakfast, at which diners can discuss agricultural issues with North Carolina Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler. In addition, the annual “Excellence in Agriculture” Award will be presented to Bill Lamm, the state agricultural community’s “ambassador at-large.”
